Yes, but it isn't available anymore due to some legal issues.

Alas, it fell victim to ambiguous "lega l issues." Such a shame, a really good game.

Any place where I can get digital version (it's not in Steam) ? It would easy to find if I had a Playstation...

sorry, I do no think it is in any DD store anymore.

There are a couple of physical copies here and there, though, like on Amazon:
