It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Am I the only person for whom the search box on your games collection page doesn't work? It doesn't do anything.

Firefox, latest release.

Works for me. I'm using Pale Moon 24.0.2
Does nothing for me either, and the font color is blue, like a GOG members, when I type in the search box
Works just fine here.

Yep, font is blue here as well. I'll try FF and Opera and see what happens.
Just tried again, but with the games shown on the shelf instead of listed, and It works. Seems like it works only if showing games on the shelf

PIc one search does not work, pic 2 it does

Ah, that must be it. I have my shelf set up to show the game boxes. Anyway, for posterity, tested in FF 30.0 and Opera 12.17 and works no problem.
It doesn't work well for me, usually it only loads like 50 games on the list at a time so searching via build in text search also doesn't work well.

I'd almost prefer a simple bulk raw list of games than going to the bottom to stimulate it to 'load more' than it currently does, or pre-generate that data (if it hasn't changed since last time) and give me everything at once...
I think you're right. It only works in shelf mode but not in list mode. (Obviously I prefer list.) Fortunately, in list mode I can use my browser's find-in-page.
Can any of the GOG blues comment on this?

"New and updated" is also no longer working for me if I'm in list mode; I now find myself having to go to Shelf Mode for it to work. That's new for me this week.

But "searching collection" seems to be back to working today, though giving me odd results. Example: Searching "wi" gives me results including: Grey Matter, Lords of Midnight The, The Ball and both Postal games.

(Searching the forum, these has been coming up at least since March.)

That's because the search function of your games' library isn't limited to games, but also to companies, genres and even operating systems. For example, the reason it showed Gray Matter is because its developer is called WizarBox Production or in the case of the Postal games, their developer is Running With Scissors.

I'm having the same problem and have contacted support. Here's the reply I got:
Thank you for notification. We are aware of that problem, and currently working on fixing it. However I have to admit that issue has a very low priority and probably won't be fixed soon.
Must admit that I'm a bit confused how an issue that they're working on fixing is probably not going to be fixed soon.
My interpretation is that it'll stay until the site-wide overhaul which will hopefully address it without introducing other issues.
