Ah, alright. I misunderstood your reply about getting a calculator and a massive hint.
Yeah, I keep thinking I know him from somewhere...
Oh wait. He's a younger version of the old Spain soccer team's head coach, Javier Clemente! :-O
Hahahah, what the...!?

Thanks!
I'm sorry that no one else got the right answer. I had 2, 3, and 4 right and Google kept pointing to the Somerton Man from the Taman Shud Case, but I couldn't find the link to tip 1, which I thought would be the book or movie, which I've never read nor watched, or even a cuckoo bird. I noticed that they said that they found two cigarettes on the body and thought that was the link to tip 1. I was tired of searching anyway.
The "Time Keeps On Slippin', Slippin', Slippin'" was just a way to bump the thread, to which mrtophat101 joked that it was a hint and I went along with it.

Thank the Gods this is over!
Just to show you how insane I went trying to solve this riddle, here's an excerpt from the notes I was taking:
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Cuckoo?) - 1975
Jack Nicholson - R.P. McMurphy
Will Sampson - Chief Bromden
Fly Like An Eagle
Dead Man’s Bells, and Witches’ Gloves = Foxgloves?
Digitalus?
The Sandman: "A Game of You" - Foxglove and Cuckoo?
German Colonel: Colonel Zeitel (Oberst)
Protege: Willi Von Haderlitz
Havana, Washington, Mexico City
Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam - Persians? Edward FitzGerald?
Cabin F34
Elizabeth Parcells
St. James
Adelaide
German Classical Music
Ludwig Van Beethoven
Titanic White Star Line
Olympic and Titanic
Camelot
Ken Kesey?
Tomas Transtromer?
Michael McGriff?
Miloš Forman?
The Joker? Batman (Tim Burton version)?
Milos Forman
- directed One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
- directed Amadeus (classical music link)
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I'm free
Oh, Lord, through the revolution
Feed the babies
Who don't have enough to eat
Shoe the children
With no shoes on their feet
House the people
Livin' in the street
Oh, oh, there's a solution
I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I'm free
Fly through the revolution
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'

Steve Miller Band
Fly Like An Eagle?
Foxgloves used in Native American rituals?
The Chief?
I won't even go into the witchcraft, psychology and occult that I discovered. I literally had pages of these scribbles.
On the other hand, I learnt more today than I ever did back in high-school, so thank you for that.
What's frustrating is that I had all the "names" on my list, I just kept getting distracted by that first image. If it weren't for that "red herring" I may have googled up the right answer.
Strangely enough (having seen the film recently), I did pay attention to the gum... but thought I was digging in too deep. Turns out I wasn't insane enough XD.
Anyway, congratulations adambiser, you're a genius (or a lucky bastard) ;).
And thanks to lugum for collaborating with me in attempting to solve this impossible riddle.
