This indie-game has just been announced on Gamescom. Looks really cool IMO, especially since I think Dead Space was nothing but a boring shooter that tried too hard to be scary and failed on every level except the setting. Throwing tons of monsters and gore into your face and call it horror is really pathetic if you ask me.
Well, rant aside, looks like these guys know how to do a proper horror game in space. I will keep this thing on my radar, maybe some of you will too.

Might also be a good addition for GoG, so I took the liberty and added this thing to the wishlist.

Perma death system ... Well I hope there'll be a way to switch that off. Other than that it does look interesting.
The trailer is fairly nondescript but thanks for the heads up. Will keep an eye on this.

Talking about "cheap thrills"...

I like the exploration concept. Let's see where this goes.

Yeah, exploration is the bit that caught my attention as well.

Considering it's any indie game with high production values (and perma death with no medpacks) I would guess that the actual gameplay area is rather small. They probably need the perma death option to reach a conceivable game length. If it works, fine by me.

Time will tell ...
What caught my attention was the floppies. Floppies everywhere!
why the heck do they use floppies in space and maybe future

That's the horror bit. The floppies are the cause of death and now they roam the station looking for any hapless victims to pounce upon...
So we put a permanent base on the moon but still store data on floppy disks?
