I have a feeling this has already been asked... But, a few simple searches on the forums turned up with no results to suggest this is true (so please don't flame me in case I am in the wrong).
Anyhow, I think it would be a nifty feature of where we could have a "GOG Employee Fireside Chat" where we do a Q&A with a GOG Employee (and they provide any biographical information or etc.) much like the "Ask a Developer" series.
The reason for this is that it would give a human face to many of the individuals whom we know work at GOG, but have no other knowledge about them. Plus, maybe if we feel more of a family connection with the employees, we will feel more comfortable giving suggestions and...
Wait... no, that isn't right, the anonymity of the Internet gives us a good excuse to be critics about everything.
Fine, it just would enhance the feeling of community and respect between GOG and the patrons of its' fine gaming catalog.
I do remember that we did have some "contests" where our best questions to GOG were answered (most memorable one was if one of the GOG employees was single or not). But, I don't recall anything like this as a regular thing.
Besides, I am sure I am not in the minority in wanting to gain a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes to make these weekly game releases a reality.
Worst case scenario, we can have Enigmatic come up with a great jingle set to a fireplace, a pipe and a smoking jacket on the interviewed employee and voila! Instant webby material.
After all, we know GOG has those items just laying around somewhere. I mean if they have a suit of armor, they have to have a fireplace, pipe and smoking jacket. :P
Does anybody else like this idea? Or am I nuts? Wait! Don't answer that last question. :P
