You've seen nothing yet, of the horrors the Universe is ready to unleash upon humanity! In Wing Commander 5: Prophecy, the interdimensional gateways open and the galaxy is invaded by a insectoid menace more deadly and terrifying than anything the indigenous sentient races have ever seen. Luckily enough, the humans have the cat warriors on their side this time. With a set of new characters, many new ships, and a terrible new conflict, this entry in the Wing Commander saga delivers a whole new level of challenge and excitement, that made it an unforgettable classic. You'll take on the role of Lance Casey as he performs dangerous missions for the Confederacy while on assignment on the TCS Midway. Engage in conversation via glorious late 90s FMV with your fellow crew mates. Match your wits and skill in space combat against an all-new alien threat whose coming was foretold by an ancient Kilrathi prophecy of the end of the universe. Arm yourself with a vast variety of death-dealing weaponry and fight back the enemy!

If you are a fan of space-sims your collection won't be complete without this classic, explosive title. Get Wing Commander 5: Prophecy, on GOG.com, for only $5.99

hunvagy: Judas, include the DVD movie pack and the hi-res OGL patch with the GOG version. Pretty please, with sugar on top? :)
Best course of action would be send feedback via the Contact Us link :)
The GOG people should check this out:

Being able to market this release as "HD enhancement" will do wonders for your sales.

No, only Secret Ops were distributed as free chapters.
I'm not great at space flight sims, I'm a terrible navigator. Despite that I think I'll pick this one up.
This game was my first introduction to Wing Commander and I still have the original disks. Great to see it finally drop onto gog.
Nice addition to the catalog!
Finally a classic, and one I feel good about posting to r/games!
Instabuy. Thanks GOG!!!
I never played these later wing commander games when I was younger. I am currently stuck on Wing Commander 3 and don't think I will get back to it until next year. Maybe after I am finished with that I will try one of these newer ones...
Always had mixed feelings about this title, gameplay and graphics had never been smoother for a Wing Commander title but storywise this had no impact at all made worse by not having some great actors that weren't in this installment (especially Jason Bernard and Malcolm McDowell) that made the FMV sequences feel bland.
