In the land of Cosmic Comedy!

Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure, a contagiously cheerful cartoony Sci-Fi platformer from the early Apogee Software catalog, is available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux on GOG.com for $5.99.

While his Dad repairs the ship, Cosmo heads off to explore the strange planet. Upon returning, both his Mom and Dad are gone, and big, scary alien footprints are all around his ship! Oh no! Have Cosmo's parents been captured? Possibly to be eaten? Well, Cosmo is off to the rescue.
Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure is an exciting journey across a forbidden planet full of dangers and surprises. Cosmo is a lovable extra-terrestrial with a special ability: he has hands that work like suction cups! He can cling to walls, ledges, and all sorts of things. Using his suction hands, Cosmo is able to avoid dangers, scale cliffs and get to places other aliens can't reach. Can he save his parents before they're lightly seasoned and devoured?

Explore massive levels and meet 20 different alien creatures in Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure, for $5.99 on GOG.com.
Great to see it' now on GOG but it feels to late. I'll wait until a 75% sale before I pick it up.
I already bought this from 3D realms. Guess I'm buying it again.

Gey GOG all you need now is commander Keen, Price of Persia, and Zelaird and you'll have the ultimate collection of side strollers the PC has to offer.

I love playing some of the old Apogee games, and some of the similar platformer type games (some made it easier because they had an extra ammo / God mode).
Speaking of which, Commander Keen would be cool too! :-)
YAY! One of my all time favorites. I actually liked this a lot more than Commander Keen.

..and: Damn I am old :D

snoogums16: Bio menace next up please. That would really make my day!
Isn't that freeware on 3D Realms now? I'm actually surprised it wasn't released at the same time as Stargunner.

Anyway. Man I remember this, I played it all the time... the shareware version. I could hardly find it anywhere outside of 3DR's website, so hooray for GOG getting it. I'll probably get this one soon.
Is this all three episodes or just the first one? If it's just the first one it really shouldn't be something you should charge for, so I am guessing it's all three. That said, thank you for bringing this to a modern platform. I've had a heck of a time trying to get it to work in dosbox and other ways. I've got the cd, but I still was having trouble configuring it right, Now all I'd have to do is download and play. I wish Steam would do it too.

It's all 3 episodes :) We wouldn't pull a trick like that :)

That's what I figured. I almost wish this also included the super hard fan made levels as DLC or something.

Sadly Steam doesn't do compatibility or any work of that nature on any game that isn't owned by Valve, instead they leave the responsibility to the rights holders/publishers who rarely can or will do anything themselves. GOG on the other hand usually does that even if it's just setting up dosbox or getting permission to use a fan created fix like Newdark for Thief 1,2 and System Shock 2 or Nglide for games utilizing old 3dfx graphic chips.

Yeah, I know. But I wish they would. That's all I'm saying.

Zeliard is one of my all time favorite games. I put more time into that game as a kid than I think any other.

I know, there is alot of things Valve/Steam should do but don't..
