stonebro: I'm communicating a lot with customers in english. I don't really know whether I should end them with "Regards" or "Best regards". Is there any difference? Is "Best regards" too polite?
Either works, but the editor in me says that "best" is an unnecessary adjective.

My problem with "sincerely" is that it brings yet another adverb into the world. In general, you should shoot adverbs on sight.
