well gog ever get red alert series ? the 2 was my favourite of all time
im surprised no-one said anything already.

In short. Maybe.

In order for GOG to sell a game on thier site they need to sign an agreement with the holders of the IP with the agreement of the price ect.

I dont know who has the rights to the [insert game here] games but I do know that in the case of some games IP's the rights are spread between multiple studio's and individuals, some are probably hard to even find out who owns them.

Only time will tell, and perhaps a staffer will drop some clue about it sometime but im not holding my breath.

(copy pasted with a slight edit)
Command and Conquer games (and Red Alert, of course) are owned by EA. Former Westwood studios became EA LA, so it is just up to EA if and under which conditions will they allow thse games to be sold here.
RA1+2 are definitely good old games, EA is onboard, so I see no reason we won't see them here in due time.
