if ur looking for some good dungeon crawls, give some roguelike a shot such as adom,nethack, or elona(i love this alot)
some nice jrpg that havent been mention are dragon warriors, breath of fires, white knight chronicle. class of heroes. tactics ogre man the list goes on and on, should try to narrow down to the type of setting/theme/gameplay you are into xD

Check out Deadly Sin 2, Eternal Eden, Laxius Force, Aveyond (seems to be catered more to girls but still a good game), The Last Scenario (free) and Everlong (free). All of them but Everlong are made using a program called RPG Maker which is specially made for making old Final Fantasy type games really easy (too many makes!).
