Am I the only one who found it pretty damn funny? I was shocked when I saw the closure message, but when I came back a few days later to find everything was all shiny and new, and that it was all a joke, I nearly urinated in my pantaloons. Perhaps I'm one of few people who can take such a great/widespread/well-orchestrated/benevolent practical joke at my own expense. I thought tricking us was a marvelous idea, and I'm not sure I understand why a couple of days of uncertain worrying should be compensated with such widespread and excessive lashing out in frustration/irritation/rage/naughty words, etc.

Maybe it's me, though.

I was pretty neutral on the actual shutdown thing, but I did think the monk joke was hilarious.

I looked through a dozen or so pages, and missed it. Maybe it's me, maybe it's Chrome. Half the forum seems missing sometimes, and it;s not worth opening IE, or Firefox. :P
