I have a North American unclaimed Beta code that I would like to trade for any game on GOG. Let me know if you are interested.
With their new TOS I'm not going near a Sony game/system again I do not agree that games I buy are just licensed -.-

All mentions of "Purchase" or "Owned" have been changed to "Licensed" by the new TOS you don't actually own your PS3 or any content you have for it.

Oh theres also the signing away of your right to class action... and a few others that break laws in many countries...

I am not too concerned about class action because its just a game console and I keep my personal info away from them.

For the licensing thing its a bit annoying but if I recall I had seen the same thing in my original Starcraft user manual (1997). Is this a new practice or Sony just jumped in late in the ambiguous TOS?

Up until now you have owned anything you bought you buy a disc you own the disc, you buy a console you own the console, this TOS states you buy the disc you don't own it you just have a license to use it for awhile (term not stated) and you don't own the console you license it from them (again no term stated) while they also rid themselves of the requirement in law to repair rented items if the break etc.
The net effect is you no longer actually own the console or anything to do with it and they can take it away at any time, they could literally walk up and use it to go in and take it away if they don't agree with your usage of it.

godspeeed: that sucks, they probably went balls out because of the geohotz thing but another instance of the average honest customer punished for no reason.

You've pretty much always just licensed everything, it's just not been enforced properly until now. Good for Sony.

Also, how is it Ratchet and Clank 4? It's the 9th Ratchet and Clank game.

Also also it's free with Plus, so asking for a game in exchange is really cheap.
