Hi All
I am lover of RPG
Though I do enjoy the new games out today like Elder Scrolls ,DA ,Fallout 3 etc I do love the older games like BG1& 2
Anyway there are some older games I have never played like Planescape so you can imagine my joyful surprise when I found GOG
I have been browsing the selection and have seen RPG that I have never heard of but I intend to purchase
My question is do these games come with a manual and also can you use tools like Wide Screen Mods to allow you to run the game on high resolution ?
Thx

GOG releases include the manuals (where possible) and a variety of other goodies--see the "bonus content" box near the top of the store page to see what you'll be getting if you buy it.

Mods are generally compatible with GOG releases, although you might want to check the game's forum for confirmation.
On each gamespage, you can see the extras that are included with the game... I think all of the games do have a digital version of the manual as a goodie

You can indeed, the infinity engine games (Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale & Planescape Torment) are fully mod compatible and require no patching and look freakin awesome running at 1920x1080.

Temple Of Elemental Evil does support its mods but I've found it a bit inconsistent with performance, in menus especially it seems to slow down a lot but that may be how the game works anyway

Neverwinter Nights should work perfectly with any mods since its built specifically to be mod friendly. User campaigns and the like definitely work. If you buy that and get silver characters, there's a solution in the NWN forum

Not all of them. As surprising as that may seem some lack even that basic extra. But then they probably did as full price titles too.
I am impressed with the Planescape Torment mods recommended by GOG.

Game looks GREAT and plays well so far . . . =)
Thx guys :)
Appreciate all the feedback
