have both morrowind with all updates / patches / addons and neverwinter nights w/ addon packs, although i am going to buy nwn from this site for the extras and to keep supporting the site...feh it only works out at arround 5 english pounds....

Well, Morrowind's strong point is the freedom to explore an immersive gameworld where your character is shaped by your actions. NWN's strong point is that it's easy to jump into, easy to play, and structured for narrative. (Actually, it depends upon which module you're playing, but that's another topic.)

If you plan on playing the OC in NWN, or even SoU, then I would suggest you play that before Morrowind. That way, you'll go from the beer-and-pretzels style of NWN to the slower-paced, living world of Morrowind. I'm guessing you would enjoy both games more if you played them in that order.

My vote goes to Morrowind. Especially if you've got it modded up with GCD, the official mods and the better heads, bodies and high res textures.

cheers guys will have mass install this weekend, sit down with booze n nibbles and play though both for a while an see which one realy grabs as a am realy stil in two minds...
