But Anyway - Quake, just because I'm a huge NIN fanboy
I always found Doom really hard until I used a source port that made the enemies 3D - turned out that I just couldn't take them seriously enough to stop them killing me a sprites - is that weird?
Incidentally - quick poll
Turning the Doom enemies into 3D models is
A - a good idea, I always do it
B - Sacrilege, you heathen scum!

bazilisek: There are even better examples than German out there, like Croatian.
Spanish is one of the easiest languages phonetically (and it is not my mother tongue). I´ve studied (seriously) German, Hebrew and Russian, and considering my experience with these languages english is much, much more hard (phonetically) than any of them (Russian it is not easy, but not so hard)
In Spain many people spend years and years learning english with mediocre results, it´s a total waste of time. It would be much better to use a useful comunication tool like esperanto, people would study languages only for cultural reasons, the ones that worth the effort of learning a new language.
DOOM will always be the holy grail of videogaming for me. No game since has amazed me the way Doom did back in 1994. Everytime I play it, it brings back nostalgic memories of that time in my life.
