absolutely amazing!!!
Here's some samples:
Funny: http://www.xkcd.com/674
Sweet/Corny (depending on whether you're a boy/girl good mood/bad mood etc. ;-) http://xkcd.com/162/
Makes you think: http://xkcd.com/505/
And there's a whole lot more!! (I'd suggest you start at one and go through them. Make sure you read the mouse over text also...it adds so much!!)
There's a small bit of adult content in some of them (slight) but I think most of y'all can handle that ;-) lol

The sweet/corny one got me going AWWWW.
Ah, xkcd. A moderately funny webcomic that everyone always feels the need to point out that they enjoy because it is "intellectual" and the like. Reminds me a lot of how people used to feel the need to point out that they liked indie music because it made them special.
That being said, I do enjoy xkcd and have it on my Google Reader :p

Same here... one of the very few webcomics I read regularly. But I'm a huge geek, so it's right up my alley. ;-)

Quite literally this nearly made me pee myself...
Yeah, easily my favorite webcomic, I've been reading it for about a year, I think...
Ahh, well, continuing the trend of linking particularly good ones:

My personal favourite: Exploits of a Mom
And yes, I'm a developer ;-)

Ugh. You're too cynical for your own good.
xkcd is great, though.

Actually, for many people that is their primary, genuine reason; they don't necessarily like it in and of itself--although they may claim that they do--but because it makes them part of the "hip" crowd. Case in point: at one time my brother liked buying Oreos; why? Because Oreos are a hip, American thing (seriously, that was the reasoning he gave). He wouldn't touch knock-off brands because they weren't the real thing.
"I buy Apple products. It just makes me feel special."

That simply sums up internet culture. Brilliant!
Dammit. Now I've lost the will to work... for all eternity*.
.
* Or at least, until I've read all 700 odd strips.
'tis kind of interesting, I'm not really into the most 'deep' strips thou...

Indeed. Except that it tends to be funny just two or three days a week... The rest is, well, a uselessly elaborated mockery of geekness and science and math. Boring....
ah... xkcd. yeah...
505 is my fav. I had to read it hundreds of times by now and still don't have enough of it. Just so amazing epic the strip is.
