I just purchased Resonance and the page just kept constantly loading after I hit the purchase button. The money has been deducted from my account but as of yet the game has not appeared in my account. I have never had trouble before on the site and was wondering if anybody would be able to help? Thanks.

Contact GOG support through the normal channels. The community isn't really going to be able to offer much in the way of assistance on this kind of problem.
Contact Support, we're only users here and can't really help you with these kinds of problems.

In any case, go to your account section, and CTRL+F5 it. See if it appears afterwards.

It should get resolved soon, but probably not today (unless you get a blue text in here). This issue sporadically reappears, but I'm not in the liberty of knowing exactly why.

Depends on how busy GOG support is. Normal turn around time on support requests is about 24-48 hours, but have them actually respond in as little as 2 hours.
I have verified the payment and processed the order manually. This kind of cases are as rare as they are random, as they originate from intermittent network issues. While Internet connection nowadays tend to be stable, payment processes last as little as a few seconds. We've got an automated failsafe planned, but it might take some time until we can properly implement it.
