Hi there, whenever I go to GOG.com I would like to make a purchase of a game. I have a Debit MasterCard and I have been trying to use it. However, I am having a problem with purchasing games.

My first issue is when I do the sign up pages it says I need: "The Name on the Card" in order to proceed. I don't know what that means and I would like to know how do I continue.


Another problem I have is when I go ahead and do this I get the message:Order limit exceeded. Please contact support.



I don't know how to deal with these issues and I would like to know what are some best ways to handle the problems? Thanks.

The Name on the card means just what it is saying, the name on the credit card :p Actually this is just for the email receipt you get, so just put in your name.

Ok, I am still experiencing some problems.

This is usually the name of the person who owns the card. If the card belongs to you and your name is John Smith, it will usually be "John Smith". You should contact support. At the bottom of any page, click "Contact Us".
