Whenever I open the gog.com downloader it says connecting in the bottom left corner and then after about 30 seconds it says "The application is offline or it can't contact gog.com server." I made sure my firewalls/anti-virus(including windows firewall) weren't getting in the way of anything by completely turning them off. I can connect to the internet because I'm posting this right now and I can log in to gog.com. Does anyone know what my problem is?

Have you tried opening as an administrator?

Yeah I tried doing that just now and no luck so far.
