Grargar: Regarding your question above, the one who will receive the Neverwinter Nights code is the payer. The code will arrive in your e-mail and from there, you can choose what to do with the code afterwards (gift it to the same person who got Witcher 3, gift it to someone else, or even keep it for yourself).
This is correct. The "gift" version of Witcher 3 contains only the game, not the bonuses.
