My power went out momentarily while downloading a game using the GOG downloader, it has resumed downloading after it came back on. Whats the likelihood that the installer will be corrupted?

I've got an 150gb internet cap which I believe I'm pushing this month, so while I can restart it if it calls for it I'd rather not take the risk of wasting bandwidth if I don't have to.

Nothing, if you were using the GOG downloader. I have the same problem occasionally, and it's never corrupt.

It should actually check the 10MB chunks and only download any corrupted ones, so hopefully you'll be ok. Worst case scenario, you'll have to redownload a 2gb file, but hopefully not.
Be sure to run the setup for the self-integrity check, even if the downloader claims the check fails.
will resume fine, and it will check integrity before installing.

Thanks, good to know. I'll let it continue then.
