Hell, here trying to get a simple comic is hell, let alone trying to get the Mass Effect or Witcher books :/
You could try an Amazon shipment. Buy all Mass Effect and Witcher novels, to save on shipping cost, you probably won't regret it.

Kingoftherings: Amazon ships internationally. I think it's only like an extra couple of bucks to ship to all of Latin America.
the problem is not the shipping. is the insanely outwordly disgustingly mad taxes Uruguay put to everything.
