Play the first part of the game three weeks before the release only on GOG.com.

Resonance, the retro-style graphical adventure from publisher of the Blackwell Bundle we released yesterday (get it now 33% off!), has been available for pre-order for two weeks already. However, thanks to the wonderful people from Wadjet Eye Games, and your favorite digital distributor filled with dash and derring-do, the Playable Preview of Resonance is available to all the people who pre-ordered the game. We’re incredibly pleased to offer our users exclusive deals and best offers, but the four hours of Resonance Playable Preview available three weeks before the release is something GOG.com is really proud of.

Playable Preview is available for download as bonus content, so just go to ‘My Account’, click Resonance and download the preview either through your browser or the GOG.com Downloader.

If you don’t know what Resonance is, check the gamecard or trailer below, and if you already pre-ordered, you’re probably not reading this but already downloading.

Dizzard: Been thinking about getting this game, it looks really good.

I worry though, is the preview long? Is it a large chunk of the game....I heard someone say it was four hours long. It seems like it would a bit annoying to end up playing the preview and then have to do it again when the game is released....
It slips my mind at the moment, but I believe that you can either port your save from the preview over to the full game, or else we'll be giving you some save files so you don't have to replay.

mrtophat101: From the dev, on page 1.

I will point out that because this preview is built on near-complete-but-not-quite-complete code, the saves from this preview WILL NOT be compatible with the full version of the game. However, we will provide you with some way to skip to the point in the game where this preview leaves off. But your points and achievements will not follow forward. So, if you're keen on that kind of thing, you would need to replay this portion of the game. There's about 4 hours of gameplay here, but if you know what you're doing, you can buzz through much faster than that.
Ah, there you go. I was about to PM Vince and ask him. Silly of me to not read further up the thread. ;P
