Yeaaargh, tis true! The Pirates MMO has been laid to rest and the development team now resides in Davy Jones' Locker, leaving the TRON game to continue sailing the high seas! A real shame, too. It looked like it was fixin' to be the mightiest MMO there ever was.

I was talking about the awesome, Fable-like one in development. One commenter on the story said it was because Disney didn't want killing. Which makes me really curious, because their "Pirates" movies are the most violent they've ever made.

I don't know...I had no idea this was even in development.

Ah man, I was sort of looking forward to Armada of the Damned. Oh well.
