Wakka66: Can you walk me through installing PSO2? I have no clue how to do it because of the IP block.

Neobr10: The japanese version doesn't have IP blocks. I think the korean one does. There is a very useful app made by one guy that automatically downloads PSO2, the english patches and patches the game when there is an update. I'll search for the tutorial i used.
I'm curious about this as well. I actually signed up successfully a long while back and played some, but when I upgraded my PC I didn't reinstall it, and now I can't find any of the info I used to find the installer and log in and such. I remember feeling really bright when I figured it out, and now I'm feeling really slow, as I can't make heads or tails of it now. :)

ShadowWulfe: The killed Dreamcast servers!?
There are private servers for PC.

But won't I have to sign up for it?

Emulator only I guess? =(

I suppose emulators are easier to save games on.

the_atm: I always cringe a bit when I read "phantasy Star" because I think "oh great, Nintendo's going to crack the whip like they did a few years back on anything that mentioned Phantasy Star due to their new game releasing that had Star in the name or something haha.

Neobr10: You mean Sega, right?
Yup! I knew it was one of them, I meant to put Nintendo/SEGA but I forgot to. Thanks for that.

I know about the PC version. I misinterpreted the thread after I read that Dreamcast servers are down. My sorrow is too much to bear.
