I think Poland had a bank holiday this weekend (I seem to remember one of the devs mentioning it), so it could take a while to get a response thanks to the extra day off.

Not rly bank holiday, but still its a day free from work here. All Saints' Day.

lackoo1111, these forums are meant for public discussion only and we cannot discuss your individual tickets here nor provide you with an exact ETA on when any individual ticket will be resolved by a support.
