A good many of the games (particularly the DOS ones) have support for additional kinds of joysticks/controllers. And while I am sure that the config file is set up for most users, those of us who play a lot of joystick-based games may want to try and use DOSBox to emulate a particular model (Thrustmasters, Gravis Phoenix, etc). The problem being that hunting down images of these to figure out what most matches our sticks can be problematic, considering that at least a few of the companies didn't go out of business.
I figure, keeping a simple database of links to pictures/details of the more popular joysticks of the various eras might be a good idea. Does anyone else agree, or am I just a bit too obsessed with not having to manually configure controls in game?
