For those interested a massive patch came out today for Stranger's Wrath which fixes the performance issues, mouse issues and many other things wrong with the game. Check the Steam forums for more info.

Playing the game now, already up to the second town... it's very fun and runs well now. Make sure to force 16xAF on it, it makes it look a LOT better. I'm conflicted on whether I prefer using my Xbox controller or the keyboard and mouse... the controller is better for the third-person stuff, KBM is better for the first-person stuff.

Indeed, confirmed. Kudos to the team for the dedication. Excited for the Munch patch and also the HD patch for Stranger.

Not for everyone. The game still has huge graphical issues for me such as several characters not animating at all and very fuzzy water and textures. Those who have ATI cards are still having issues with the game.

Yeah, they're working with ATI/AMD to resolve it.
