Hi all! I can confirm it seems we're experiencing some issue on the PayPal side. The team is well aware of this and working on this as we speak, but so far we don't have na ETA for you. We'll provide you with an update as soon as we know something, and in the meantime, all I can recommend is trying a different payment method for now :(


EDIT (0030h CET):

No official news from our payment operator, but indeed PayPal payments appear to be processing perfectly since 20-30 minutes or so.I don't want to jinx it, but it appears to have been fixed. :)

I believe my problem with PP is a little different. When I bought Jade Empire yesterday GOG said it couldn't confirm my order (I also didn't receive the email with my order resume and JE is not on my library) but my PP account shows the transaction as completed. I din't try to buy any other game, so I don't know if the transaction would simply fail today

This usually happens when the gog.com server has too many query in a small time window. I had no e-mail as well and the gog bear. But the game was added to my account. If this doesn't happen you should mail the support. They help you very fast. Happend to me serveral times yet.

mh, maybe Paypal processes the credit cards or they use their API? I don't know

Dang it, PayPal worked for me until some hours ago.
And now it doesn't!
I says the payment was not accepted.
That's bs, I still have money on it.

Com'on GOG, shut up and take my money!

Good point, DanielRuf, it's possible that Paypal takes care of credit card transactions as well. If not then the problem is on GOG's side.

Ok, German customers, Giropay is working. You'll get redirected to your bank and have to do an online banking transaction.

I just bought Sang Froid and it worked flawlessly.

Looks like a nightshift in Poland, eh? I feel for you guys, but better today than over the weekend. ;)

I just called PayPal and they are going to try and contact GoG to let them know there's a problem as well. Hope something gets fixed soon! Not like I really **need** the Disciples games, but still...

Lol, i've been on the phone to my bank and PayPal, both helpfull and the guy at PayPal reset my account and tried all sorts of computer stuff but no go, i do give a thumbs up to PayPal for the service, then i check the community forums here and i find its not PayPal or my bank, Ooops should of checked here first.

So payment via PayPal is still not working for me, worked fine last night.
