I go to buy a game and i click paypal and it wont let me complete order. The button is grayed out...

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Seriously though. Are you using a bank or a visa/whatever card?

Try adding money to your paypal account instead of using a card.

Try logging in to your PayPal account before starting the checkout process on GOG, always works for me.
