Welcome to GOG! In principle you can use a VISA gift card, although a few people have reported that their payment processor blocked the payment because GOG is not based in the United States. That seems to be quite rare, though.

Some Visa gift cards have been troublesome. Others have gone through no problem. The reason is that one major Visa gift card handler insists that GOG is on Treasury's "Specially Designated Nationals" blacklist. It's utter bullshit, of course; that company just doesn't want to do international transactions.

If you run into problems (happens sometimes, as people have warned) try picking Paypal. Contrary to what a lot of people seem to think, you don't need to make an account. On the paypal login screen you get taken to there's an option to pay by credit card without making an account.

the gift card didn't work =(
