I've sent GOG a couple inquiries about my issue but have yet to receive an answer. I sent one yesterday on the 8 and one before that on the 6th if I remember correctly. The contact page says "Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes. " yet I have not seen anything different in My Accounts page.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue. I made two orders on the 6th and my bank showed two pending transactions for both orders, as if I was charged twice for each order. So far one set of transactions have been debited, however there are still the other pending transactions for both orders.

I remember having issues with GOG's site loading horribly slow on my campus wifi where I had placed the orders which I wonder if that could have caused this problem.

I think GoG noted a double payment and that's why only one transaction has been charged. As for your question issues, I honestly think that it may be the campus connection that's causing the problem there. However, I'm not GoG staff and cannot claim that the former claim is absolute fact. Hope this helps though!

That's what I think happened. For some reason my campus internet takes forever to load anything on GOG. In fact if I ping GOG.com on campus, I just get timeout errors. Downloads however run at normal speeds. I would just like a response from GOG if that is the case so that I can go ahead and buy some more games.

I want to get that deal on Red Baron today.

I'll just have to use my friends internet to do my GOG shopping from now on.
Well my bank finally started showing the correct amount. So I no longer have a problem.
