I've sent GOG a couple inquiries about my issue but have yet to receive an answer. I sent one yesterday on the 8 and one before that on the 6th if I remember correctly. The contact page says "Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes. " yet I have not seen anything different in My Accounts page.
I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue. I made two orders on the 6th and my bank showed two pending transactions for both orders, as if I was charged twice for each order. So far one set of transactions have been debited, however there are still the other pending transactions for both orders.
I remember having issues with GOG's site loading horribly slow on my campus wifi where I had placed the orders which I wonder if that could have caused this problem.
I appreciate any response from the community that could help.
