You need to give them your email. "Are you registered on the forums" is one of the survey questions.

Thanks for replying. I've got a separate hotmail-adress for games, fora and advertisements, so that's no problem. You can actually reply 'I'm not registered' and get a free game? That's cool!

Some questions are odd, there should be a "N/A" answer in many of them. How I can tell anything about a game or DLC or pricing if I haven't even got it.

Did it. Not for the game, which I own, but for the chance to tell them how uninterested I am in their two favourite things: multiplayer and dlc.

Nope, no word yet. I did my survey the same day as this was posted. I hope they pull through with their word!

EDIT: I went to the link again and scrolled through the forum page and found this -
From the landing page: "The survey deadline is March 31st and codes will be sent out to all participants a few weeks after that."

I guess maybe within another week or so :(
