Wishlists are fine. The reality is that getting DRM-free approval for old games is a complicated dance. I'm sure that all of the top ten games on the wishlist have been lusted after and sought out by GOG staff.
But sometimes you're dealing with non-competes and non-disclosures, and one company folding into another, who's rights are picked up by a third.. And everyone has to be on board with the DRM-free model. A contractual impossibility for some artists and studios, an impossible mental leap for others. And unfortunately, even with the best of intentions, lawyers are almost always involved.I'm actually amazed at how many studios GOG has gotten on board.
but if I DID have a wishlist? Grim Fandango, Blade Runner, Dune!
