Ok so I go to install BF3 beta but the loading icon shows on my mouse for half a second, dissapears and nothing happens, the odd time it will say intstalling for about two seconds and go back to "ready to install" sometimes it says finalizing but nothing happens...

EDIT: it just said finalizing but it stopped responding

Try closing Origin, clearing temp crap out with CCleaner (free) and trying again.
