Well since none of those people except one said thanks then I will just say thank you for the generosity and for paying a small tribute to a certainly amazing member Dischord who is always really generous whenever he briefly appears and is definitely one of the first people to have inspired me to pay it forward with the acts of random generosity to absolute strangers. :)

There's a typo in your statement, you wrote "none" instead of "one". I did say thanks to HijacK.

Unfortunately, that has been the case for a long time now for open code drops until the "Make a Human Answer You (MAHAYO)" method became more widely used. I thought you were thanking him in general for the code drops since you didn't specify which one you took, edited the post to acknowledge your thanks. :)

Sorry I should have been clear about it. Where can we get codes in steam for gifting purposes? All I can see in gifting options are to send it or keep it in inventory I see no option to get codes.

Steam codes you can get from one of the many online stores that sells digital content like Amazon, Gamefly, GamersGate etc to name a few. When you buy on Steam you don't get any codes just Steam gifts which you have in your inventory to gift to a friend on Steam.
