DelusionsBeta: As I understand it, the oral hearing basically boil down to two layers making their case for each side in front of the Supreme Judges (or whatever their technical name is), get questioned by said judges and then they leave and then the Judges give their ruling some weeks or months later. Nothing more, nothing less.
The members of the Supreme Court are called Justices. The head of the court is formally referred to as the Chief Justice and the other members are Associate Justice(s). More informally, they are called Justice(s).
Opinions(the term for a decision) are generally issued after the end of a term, although exceptions do occur. I'd look to the summer of 2011 for the decision in this case.
