Shivers is one of the best games I ever played, you go in to the Haunted Museum which turns out that its nothing but a huge puzzle building, capture evil entities and solve some Mysteries with in this spooky place.

My concern is why they don't have it on gog.com. This game is dated back in 1996 and thought it would be in Good old games. Would they have Shivers in the near future or would not show up at all?

GOG does not have all good old games by all publishers ... yet :) Sometimes there are rights issues where the publisher doesn't want to sell it or no one knows who owns the IP, sometimes there are technical issues with getting the game to work on modern systems, and sometimes GOG just hasn't gotten around to it.

There is a wishlist though I warn you it is mostly defunct by now. (http://www.gog.com/en/wanted/) There is promise of a new and better wishlist coming.

I read the topic about the wishlist, but its best to wait for the game to come out :)

Sure thing ... btw welcome to the forums! :)

Oh ... p.s. just in case there was a misunderstanding. The wishlist to which I refer is different from the wishlist where GOG has the game in its catalogue and you "wishlist" the game. This "wishlist" or "wanted" list, http://www.gog.com/en/wanted/, is for games that are not yet on GOG, but you would like to see GOG try and put in its catalogue. Sadly it didn't function very well and is consequently not used anymore or maintained by the staff.

I totally agree. I want to play shivers on my new computer so bad! I have the disk but I recently bought a windows 7 laptop and I can't get it to install. I loved everything about this game, and gog has a bunch of Sierra games, so why not shivers?

Because you can not have every game in the world on GOG. All you need is patience and MAYBE they will release it in future. Or maybe NOT.
