I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played a demo of when I was around 10 years old. I'll describe the game but mostly I am trying to find a website that can search based on filters like how many players, genre, year, view position, etc.

But the game was in the sci-fi future, you played a female, you had just escaped a space prison, I believe it had pre-rendered backgrounds but the characters were 3d and from what I remember there were cops and civilians walking around and I generally would kill cops and take their weapons. Probobly around 1995-1990.

Now in 'classic' flavor due to popular demand!

Thanks a ton Fever_Discordia! I found the game. It was "The Creed." Thanks a ton again.

You've found it. The best search engine for old obscure games you can't remember the name of is the GOG.com forum. It may not be the fastest, but it'll almost always find you the correct answer :-)

That is so true. I found several games I once played and have forgotten their names.
