Price dumping in one's own market to protect it from being undercut is far more preferable to having someone from the outside flood your market with cheap goods.
Like I said. They might/they do price dumping. Just so they can establish its position in growing industry which are solar powercells. I ain't saying that's right of course. But it cannot be done for whole country. or even majority of the industry. Because that would eat those reserves quite quickly.
