Hi gang,
Just wanted to take a few moments of your time. My mother is a breast cancer survivor of 20+ years, and next month (October) is breast cancer awareness month. You probably already know about the dangers of breast cancer in women, but it can also occur in men. Peter Criss, original drummer of Kiss, is a breast cancer survivor & breast cancer awareness advocate.
Here's where my post takes an unexpected twist.
I've become involved with a local garage band that has always wanted to make a Peter Criss tribute album (don't worry, they're all 40-ish & play very well). Being a huge fan of Peter myself, I presented them with the idea of recording an album & donating a percentage of the proceeds to the American Cancer Society (Peter's charity of choice). The official pages are as follows...

For those that don't know about PledgeMusic, its a website that allows musicians to raise funds (similar to KickStarter) for recording, pressing albums, whatever they need money for to get their album out there. And the best part is that PledgeMusic allows artists to donate a portion of their sales *directly* to a charity of their choice.
Please check this band out & follow, share, re-tweet, as much as possible to get this album recorded *and* to make a donation to a very worthy cause!
Your GOG-friend,
ChaunceyK :-)
