Is the nwn1 servears completely gone? Last time I tried playing was a year ago, I try now and gamespy just disconnects

Yeah, the master server is off line. Just be patient and it will give you message indicating it's down, then let you connect to the server list.

I know the master server is down, but when i get into the server list it says that it disconnects and it doesnt show any servers online, and i have no idea what to google to find "direct connects"

*edit* Works on my rig. Gamespy list populates and I can choose a server and log on. You can try to set up a direct connect to you server if you know the IP address. Just create a shortcut to nwnmain.exe and go into properties on that shortcut and add a space and +connect xxxxxxxxxx

where xxxxxxxxx is the server address (make sure it ends with :5121, which is the port number).
