I sent them a polite email saying that I unfortunately can't buy any of their products anymore because I only buy games on GOG and that I therefor hope they can do business with GOG again in the future.

If Nordic Games gets a couple hundred such emails, maybe it will have some effect. Even if it's just them getting the memo.
Granted, I know little about all of this, but if this is just day one of the unveiling of the newly priced GoG, Nordic may be just the beginning. It's disconcerting to say the least.

Posted to Nordic's Facebook and Tweeted to Nordic plus GOG; fingers crossed.
Thanks tfishell for keeping on developers who have left or need to be here yet again. You are a great asset to the community and I appreciate it :)

tfishell: EDIT: Here is a good explanation - http://www.gog.com/forum/general/last_chance_special/post226

I don't know if this is an overreaction, but I had to voice my frustration with Nordic pulling their games from GOG:

How often does this kind of thing happen, where a large number of games get removed from GOG at the same time?

There hasn't ever been a hit like this. Both Arma games and Original War were removed at the same time I think in May. Both Fallouts left at the same time of course.

But 35 games is a huge deal. Nearly 5% of the catalog.
Come clean Nordic. This all set into motion over a tiny bit o butt hurt over "The Keanining" Had we not made the joke that one of the products they were pushing, was pointed to and laughed at as the game no body wants, not even for that price. this all would have been averted.

Just kidding. Sorry to see a big chunk of recent/modern content that GOG really does need to help grow. But what can you say... If a Dev wants to pull its products because they are still trying to cling to revenues they are still getting paid by the original nitwit that made the error in the first place, then sorry All I can do is wish ya the best of luck and dont let the door hit ya on the way out.

Had the sale been extended a few more days I would have bought more. However, I bought 1 from Nordic, 1 from frictional and 1 from focus. I like to think it acts as a symbolic gesture. A way to tell these developers, This vein now runs dry and it was your choice. There was nothing stopping the revenue stream except your choice to stand behind a steaming pile of error that should have been corrected years ago.

Thanks for replying. I'm glad this kind of mass removal of games doesn't usually happen.
For the record, here's an official statement by Thom of Nordic Games:
