Can I give rep? How?
I am here for over a year and I don't know.

You click on the green + near the words "rate this post" in the top right corner of any post you want rep up.

Hover over a post someone else has made and you will see + and - signs on the right hand top corner to rate the post. When you click on a +, it will give rep to the poster. If you click on the - sign, it will take away rep.
One click does not equal 1 rep though. Enough people have to +1 you to gain a point.
Also, if you make a thread a question thread, and click on a post that is most helpful as answering the question, the poster will get +5 rep.

The first rule of the rep club: You don't talk about the rep club. :-)

2nd Rule of Rep Club: No member may, by their personal conduct or that of their guests, disturb or interfere with the rights of any other member to enjoy the facilities of this club. This rule requires that responsible people make responsible compromise.

3rd Rule of Rep Club: Between 11 PM and 7 AM, excessive noise, including loud talking, is not permitted.

4th Rule of Rep Club: No pets of any type are permitted on the docks, grounds or moored boats at anytime for any reason.

5th Rule of Rep Club: Waste and refuse shall be placed in the containers provided.

6th Rule of Rep Club: All vehicles will be parked in the areas provided.

7th Rule of Rep Club: Overnight occupancy or camping is prohibited except on boats moored at club docks.

8th Rule of Rep Club: No fireworks or firearms on the grounds at anytime.

9th Rule of Rep Club: No swimming is permitted in the lagoon. All who are not strong swimmers are requested to wear an approved PFD when near the water.

10th Rule of Rep Club: Members and guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage to their personal property on the club premises.


Really, Rep Club is a bit of a drag.
