Noticing next to the 'Best Sellers' and 'New and Coming' tabs, the 'On Sale' tab is now missing.

Why would they want to make it more difficult to see what's on sale at any given moment?

Not as prominent as it was before though.

Don't worry, in due time the footer will be the only part left of each page as everything is moved there, then it'll be "prominent enough".

Hmm, that would explain why the footer is shoved down my throat every time I make a post. ;-P

That explains it, I was starting to get annoyed but now it makes sense :D

Thanks for that, was driving me nuts. I don't mind that it isn't as prominent. I only care that it's there.

The "On Sale" tab is back up beside Bestsellers / New & Coming :). (Or at least, I can see it now, I didn't notice if it was missing earlier).

No worries, and it seems to have returned to the front page as well.
