It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

What browser are you using? It looks like it's just not displaying the page correctly (a lot of stuff missing and broken). If Internet Explorer 7, upgrade to 8, if 8 (8 might work, though I'm unsure, 9 and 10 do work nicely, but are not available for Windows XP, so if that's what you use you won't be able to get them), get Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or something else.

That sure looks like a browser failure. Delete internet history, cookies and such, try a different browser like Miaghstir advised... overall, I don't think this is on GOGs side.

I'm using IE 9 with Vista which is fully updated rebooting did not solve the problem so I'l try using Google Chrome

Works fine on Google Chrome so seems to be a browser problem, as you both suggest.
Thanks for the help unfortunately, I can't mark you both as giving the correct answer so I'll give it to the first post that mentioned browser.

IE9 on Vista should work fine. You could try uninstalling and re-installing IE9.

May not need to uninstall. I had a similar problem (with Win7) and all I had to do was reset default preferences in IE9 and then put my own prefs back. Cleared it right up.
