I know you guys must have been really busy these last months but I'm getting a little irritated with the lack of response to my support questions. I sent 2 different cases in JULY and have so far recieved no reply. Not even a standard "we have recieved your mail and will reply to you shortly"-mail.
I managed to solve one of them on my own but I'm still waiting for a reply to case #JH0100000264.
What's up? Do you need to rework your technical support as well?

Have you ever bothered to send a follow up to your support requests? GOG did have a problem with their ticketing system a while back (it might have been before July though) where new support tickets were automatically marked as solved before anyone even looked at them. If you send a follow up, it will put the ticket back in the queue for them to get at.

Well, no. Why would I do that when I have no reason to doubt that there's anything wrong from here. I shouldn't have to hunt them down...
Having said that I do see your point. I'll try to send an update, although from my end it still says unsolved.

Update: Well, it just so happens that the system won't LET me make an update to the case. I'm beginning to wonder if they have any tech people left when the whole system seems to be non-functional...

I advice to reopen another ticket, maybe referring to the old one.

From my general experiences with customer services all over the world, getting no response happens (quite frequently) but posting some follow ups sometimes result in attention.

Btw, when editing a post, blank lines are not maintained in the forum. Strange. Was it like this before? Glueing to posts together even doesn't insert a line return (two would be better).

I wonder if now that they are out of beta support will be back on their toes again.
