Just relax and let it flow, if you spent a lot of time working on this, you know what you are doing. Just talk about it like you are talking to friends.

Best wishes on your presentation. Just remember that you know plenty about the subject, and only have to share some of all you have studied. Keep calm, and you'll wow 'em.
