Will the new version of Shadowgate be going on sale here ? Prefer to buy it here than from steam.

It probably will show up here, we don't know when though, they're apparently still in talks. I believe this is still the latest 'official' word on the matter:
We don't have a deal with GOG at the moment but I'm sure we will in the near future.

The publisher of the game is in talks with GOG but haven't reached an agreement yet - that's the latest official word and comes from Dave Marsh himself.

I'd wait if I were you. How long? No idea, sorry.
