It's been a while since we last treated you to a role-playing game. As a direct sequel to the famous Betrayal at Krondor, this title should require no recommendation.
Return to Krondor is a classic RPG, set in the fantasy world of Midkemia from Raymond Feist's Riftwar Saga. Compared to its prequel, it offers a more linear, but equally gripping storyline, improved graphics and a few innovative features, like its complex alchemy and lockpicking systems. The story puts you in the shoes of Squire James of Krondor, tasked with following a ruthless mercenary called Bear, who is searching for a powerful artifact, the Tear of the Gods. As you witness the destruction left in Bear's wake, and face dark, horrible beings of unknown origin, it becomes clear that you've gotten yourself into a larger quest than you bargained for.
Istant buy for me loved the books and cant wait to play the game. Thanks Gog
Betrayal at Krondor is one of my all time favorites and, even though the circumstances for the development of RtK were slightly different, I always wanted to try it out (it never made it to Brazil)
Anyway, it's my understanding that this one is based off of Feist's Krondor: Tear of the Gods?
Looks interesting.
So, is this the end of Activision month or is there still more to come? I'm waiting to buy all the games, damnit!
I approve of more RPG genre games. Heard of this one, but know pretty much nothing about it :)

On one of the interviews GOG said that they have 15 SKUs in plan. So, probably 3 more Activision releases next week?
I've played only the first one (Betrayal at Krondor?) and liked it. I'll give this one a try and I hope for the older ones to arrive here too.
I remember this game had a wonderful soundtrack that also was available on CD. Why is it not included? =(
An how about Betrayal at Krondor? Will it be available to download too?
Someone's forgetting to update their Facebook page so we can all share the good games news with our other friends and contacts :P

I'm not giving up hope for NOLF just yet, dammit! Although Bloodlines looks a little far fetched.

According to Wikipedia it's the other way around: the book is based on the game. It's RiftWar either way.
Thanks GOG! Finally a decent, old RPG! I already bought it and the game is downloading now. But why on Earth are you publishing just Return to Krondor without Betrayal at Krondor?! It is like publishing Eye of the Beholder two and three without first part or publishing Wing Commander saga without WC 1 and 2!
Anyway, I am going to Poland on Saturday, if you won't publish BaK next week, I will come to your HQ with an assault rifle! :-p

Blame Activision. GOG can only work with what they've got. Plus, if you plugged Kotick you'd be heralded as a hero.
Awesome! I use to love Return to Krondor. Though Betrayal At Krondor is Freeware now (I could have sworn it was made freeware by the company itself who made it), I think you can download it off the net easily.
What I'd like to see is Betrayal at Anatara, since I dont think the company put that out for free.
